UI Update!

Prepared the first Saturday update! 

Added:

 *UI 

*Pause 

-fullscreen mode toggle 

-new map outline finished

 -new assets 

-successful portal system 

Issues:

 -Can't toggle fullscreen off 

-Scene fade doesn't work properly 

-Maps are not finished
